Position Overview:
​
We are looking for dynamic and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs), and Social Work Interns who share our commitment to trauma-informed care, social justice, and holistic healing practices. The ideal candidates will be motivated to work in a collaborative team environment, offering therapy and support to a diverse population. Clinicians will have the opportunity to work with clients from various cultural backgrounds and provide treatment using a variety of therapeutic modalities, with a focus on trauma, attachment, and empowerment.

Responsibilities:
​

Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy to clients with a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive perspective.

Utilize holistic, client-centered approaches to mental health care, incorporating cultural humility, mindfulness, and empowerment-based strategies.

Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, treatment planning, and progress notes.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members (including psychiatrists, other therapists, and support staff) to provide integrated care.

Participate in regular supervision and attend team meetings and case consultations.

Engage in ongoing professional development training.

For interns: Receive regular supervision and training to develop clinical skills and knowledge in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications:
​
For LCSWs and LICSWs:
​
-
Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
-
Valid state licensure as an LCSW or LICSW (or equivalent, depending on state).

Knowledge and experience in trauma-informed care and anti-oppressive practices.

Demonstrated ability to work with individuals, families, and communities from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
-
Ability to write clinically relevant client records, reports, and professional business correspondence. Ability to maintain professional and appropriate conversations.

Bilingual fluency is a plus

For Social Work Interns:
​

Current enrollment in an accredited Master’s in Social Work (MSW) program.

Interest in and commitment to trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and holistic approaches to mental health treatment.

Willingness to learn, grow, and engage in clinical supervision.

Ability to work with diverse populations in a culturally sensitive and empathetic manner.
-
Bilingual fluency is a plus

Additional Skills & Attributes:

Essential Functions & Duties:
​
-
Maintain a minimum caseload of 10 clinical hours/client visits per week (part time) or 25-28 clients per week (full time).
-
Conduct individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy with clients across the lifespan.
-
Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans and progress notes up to clinical standards.
-
Complete clinical sessions through evidence based and culturally competent practices.
-
Complete collateral and case management as needed.
-
Attends weekly/monthly/quarterly supervision and staff meetings as scheduled.
-
Able to work remotely and independently.
-
Maintains professional standing.

Please note this is a remote position. You are required to have a private workspace, secure computer/laptop with a working camera, and a secure internet connection to complete virtual appointments, client phone calls, clinical documentation, and work related meetings.
Pay Range:

Pre-licensed (LCSW)

Part-Time: $50 per session (10-24 sessions per week)

Full-Time: $58 per session (25-28 sessions per week)

Non-clinical: $30 per hour
​
Fully Licensed (LICSW)

Part-Time: $70 per session (10-24 sessions per meek)

Full-Time: $75 per session (25-28 sessions per week)

Non-clinical: $72 per hour

Interns:

$250 stipend per month
